PACIFIC GROVE, Calif. — Carmel Guitar Society is proud to announce the 2025 Classical Guitar Retreat and Workshop, a three-day celebration of classical guitar at the stunning Asilomar Resort. From June 18-21, participants will have the rare opportunity to learn, perform, and connect with some of the world’s greatest classical guitar masters and enthusiasts.

This retreat is designed for classical guitarists of all levels, from passionate hobbyists to seasoned professionals. Attendees will enjoy a full schedule of masterclasses, lectures, ensemble sessions, private lessons, and concerts. Participants are encouraged to bring their favorite classical guitar and works-in-progress to share and refine in a collaborative and inspiring environment.

  • Ensemble Sessions: Led by Anthony DeMers, fostering collaboration and skill development.

  • Masterclasses and Performances: Featuring renowned artists Dale Kavanagh, William Kanengiser, and Evan Hirschelman.
